At @ThePlace we have two sister companies called Property Fit and Bradwell Maintenance. Working as part of the group of companies brings massive benefits to each of the companies. Property Fit is our investment property sourcing company. We have a lot of experience in sourcing properties for buy to let landlords. Our property sourcing administrators are experts in the conveyancing service and advise and help the @ThePlace team when needed.
Our second sister company is Bradwell Maintenance. Bradwell Maintenance handles property repairs for @ThePlace clients. Any repair from a leaking gutter to a kitchen replacement can be handled professionally and to a great standard.
Both of our sister companies work with us in the same office in Greater Manchester so it is very easy to get advice and help from our broader team.
